Getting to Key West
Key West International Airport now has easy access thanks to Delta Airlines and Air Tran airlines. Delta offers three direct flights a day from Atlanta Georgia to Key West, Florida and an Orlando Florida to Key West , Fl flight. Air Tran is also offering daily flights from Orlando Florida and Tampa , Fl. Both of these airlines have significantly reduced flight times. The ATL ( Atlanta)to EYW ( Key West) route is a 2 hr flight and the MCO (Orlando) or TPA (Tampa) to Key West flight is 1hr and 6 min. Prices also range from $200-$300 for the Atlanta Flights when booked in advance and around $140 for the Orlando Key West flights, you can barely drive for those prices and save your driving time. I travel to the North East quite regularly and the Atlanta connection has shaved 3-5 hrs off my travel time.

The average Anuual Temperature is 77.8F wow that is a nice average even after living here 14years.The Average High Temperature for the Summer is 82.5 F and the Average Low Temperature is 73.1 F. Now we do have a few chilly days in Key West from time to time maybe 5 days of the year when we drop into the 50′s but it is usually a day or two and gives us a good chance to pull out some of our warm clothes.
